Shipping and Delivery
We ship within the U.K. only.
Live orders will be shipped Monday-Wednesday to avoid any delays over the weekend - Shipping on other days is a possibility but must be individually arranged, this is down to buyer’s discretion due to DOA guarantee being void if the parcel is delayed over Saturday and Sunday.
Live orders are sent via Royal Mail priority next day delivery by 1 however this does not mean your invert will be arriving the next day of ordering, this is once dispatched.
Heat packs will be used when temperatures drop below 10 Degrees Celsius between us and shipping locations. Shipping will stop if temperatures become too high or low to ensure a safe travel for the invertebrate. ​

DOA Guarantee, Refunds and Replacements

In the unfortunate case of a DOA (dead on arrival) we must be notified with photographic evidence within one hour of the parcel being received and signed for to ensure replacement or refund guarantee.
If your invert arrives with any concerns or issues that develop in the first 24hours we must be notified within that 24hours to ensure refund or replacement guarantee.
Outside of this 24hours we cannot take responsibility for any losses or issues you may have and will not be eligible for a replacement or refund, that being said we offer lifetime support for your new pet and always happy to offer advice and help when needed.

Our Invertebrates
​
Our inverts are raised with the upmost care and commitment and are thoroughly checked before going out to ensure they’re a healthy and thriving individual - No invert will leave here if they’re not deemed to be 100% healthy.
Our Jumping Spiders leave us from instar 5 which is approximately 5mm, if you’re unsure on the size listed please double-check before purchasing to ensure they’re suited to you and your enclosure.
No sex is guaranteed unless stated on the listing of that spider. Please read the inverts description thoroughly ensuring they’re the right match before purchasing and you can provide what that invert needs to thrive.
You may get a delay in shipping if your invert goes into premoult or moults unexpectedly, this can take some time for them to complete so patience is needed and you will be notified when your invert is ready for shipping.

3d Printed Terrarium Decor

Due to our wide variety of designs, colours and options, all of our decor is printed to order, which, during certain times of the year, can have a backlog of up to 4 weeks.
​
Whilst our core 3d print collection are bespoke models, made from the ground up with your spiders comfort and safety in mind, some of our models are modifications on existing designs to transfer from their original purpose to ours. Credit for these can be found here
